Come and experience a simulated deer stalking hunt or a professionally led wildlife & bird watching tour. Explore the forests and hills of Argyll with our all terrain vehicles (8 wheeled Argocat) and on foot. This is a beautiful part of the Cowal Peninsula; let us show you parts not usually accessible to the public.

At INSIGHT, based in the hills of the Argyll Forest Park, West Scotland, we are a group of full time professional stalkers (deer hunters) who are able and willing to share with you the secrets of deer stalking and the wildlife that inhabit the area. Depending on the package you choose we will introduce you to the various high powered hunting rifles being used as well as take you off into the hills to experience a simulated deer hunt. You will stalk life sized deer targets hidden deep in the forest and mountains. As you get caught up in the hunt you will begin to experience all the thrills of just what makes deer stalking such a high adrenalin hunting experience.

The hills, forests and lochs of the Argyll Forest are teeming with wildlife. Let us show you the magnificent birds of prey, including the mighty golden eagle, and other birdlife, as well as otters and pine martins. You will never forget your first sighting of a wild red stag. Our guided Wildlife Safari is your best chance of seeing just what lives in this secret wilderness.  This package is ideal for everyone.

We are conservationists. Our job at INSIGHT as well as Winston Churchill Venison is to manage the wild deer. Your day with us will include an INSIGHT into the whole cycle, from birth to despatch. The deer we manage are completely wild, feeding solely on wild grasses, heathers and herbs within the forests and mountains of the Scottish highlands. Wild venison is not only delicious to eat but it is a healthy option with its low fat and low cholesterol content.

If your package includes a meal you will enjoy a venison BBQ as well as the range of quality products we produce.

Cowal is easy to get to, this beautiful part of Scotland with its sea lochs, mountains and unspoilt glens is only a little over an hour from Glasgow. With a budget airline you will be in Glasgow under an hour from a London airport.
